hi, I’m Aileen Furey
I’ve worn a few hats — advertiser, lawyer, entrepreneur — and each one taught me the same thing: disagreements are inevitable, but how we disagree is the real problem.
People evolve, partnerships shift, priorities change. That’s normal.
As a lawyer and the middle child of two rowdy brothers, I’ve played my part in thousands of disagreements. If I hadn’t learned to choose curiosity and conversation over argument and proving a point, we’d still be fighting about whose turn it is to sit in the front seat.
My work today is built on a simple belief: most problems don’t need a stronger argument - they need a real, two-way conversation. One that’s clear, candid, and actually moves things forward.
I help people have high-stakes, uncomfortable, or emotional conversations. I spot the issues quickly, explain the risks clearly, and guide discussions to get you unstuck - without burning bridges. Outside of work, I live on the East Coast with my husband, Jared, and our family. I love good food, great conversation, and I’ll jump in the ocean in any season.
